PB Ag Consulting is a small family company who commenced trading in 2002, providing a professional, reliable and economical consulting service to the rural and viticulture industries. Focusing on delivering a high level of agronomic information while utilising available tools and technology to assist the producer in achieving their goals and objectives.

Director- Agronomic Consultant  Paul Baguley has had 18 years experience in the rural industry covering a broad range of enterprise in which he has serviced. He has been involved in livestock, grain trading, broad-acre agronomy, pasture agronomy, viticulture and much more. Over this time he has been extensively involved in servicing these enterprises in all regions of Australia establishing and introducing strategies to assist the producer in achieving their goals and objectives.





Technical Officer Thea Ridley has 4 years experience in the agriculture industry. After completing her degree in Horticulture she has worked in the MIA region focusing on irrigation management with the objective of increasing quality. Thea started with PB Ag Consulting in 2004  bringing with her extensive knowledge of soil moisture management along with olive production service and native regeneration programs.





Agronomic Consultant Brian Thomson commenced with PB Ag Consulting in June 2005. After completing Bachelor of Science Agriculture majoring in Agronomy he has  worked in the cotton, fruit and vegetable, wine grapes industries providing irrigation and general agronomy advice to many regions across NSW. Brian Brings 8 years of experience to the PB Ag Consulting team
